This IS the moving company you're looking for. The are kind and professional. For our move, the final cost came in below the estimate (we did pack a bunch of stuff ourselves and sold a few pieces of furniture before they arrived). The guys are smart, hard-working, on-time, caring, no standing around kinda guys. Eric and Andrew (owners) are fair and honest. I've always hated my moving company after the move. I love these guys. The movers showed up on time and immediately went about the job of loading their truck. They took care to handle each item. There was no horseplay, smoking or anything not professional in their efforts. They worked as a team when an item required more than two hands.We had a large heavy armoir that it took 4 guys to turn the corner and get it down the stairs. Impressive.At a late stage we decided to take a different(additional) box springs. When we were done they agreed to return the unwanted box springs to our home at no additional cost.I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We used Manifest Shipping two years ago and they did such an outstanding job that there was no question that we'd hire them a second time for our recent move. Both moves were from one part of Columbus to another. And both times they did a PHENOMENAL job. I can't recommend them more highly.Both times we've used Manifest Shipping, they've sent us great crews. Their guys are experienced, strategic, and efficient. On top of that, they were kind and very respectful of our belongings and home. They always had one guy on the truck loading in a way that maximized space and kept out items protected (cushioning with blankets and strapping down sections as he went). The other guys loaded and unloaded, working well together as a team. Other companies may appear cheaper, but Manifest will get it done faster and better (trust me, I've move 13 times in 15 years and no other company compares).Not a single item was scratched, damaged, or broken. Likewise they were careful not to scratch or scuff our home's walls, doors, and doorways. Manifest Shipping truly did everything with care and respect, which we really appreciated.The owner, Andrew, was great to work with and always helpful with our questions over the phone. It's been great to hire Manifest for a second time and see how much their business had grown. We wish them continued success.

I have used these guys 2 times now with 2 different crews. But both crews were the same in professional, polite, and treated your belongings as if it were their own. They got the job done. They work nonstop till finished. If I could I would rate these guys and company a 20 star rating. Very good to work with, very professional, very polite, and they take care of your stuff. Would definitely recommend these guys and company to anyone who needs to move. You won't be disappointed and you won't get ripped off. 6 young men showed up on time and worked steadily and responsibly to get us moved! They were very respectful and worked well as a team. They were a pleasure! Andrew, the “boss”, was very receptive and prompt in replying to my concerns. Not your typical business with 9-5 hours. Andrew told me from the beginning that he was available by phone till 10 pm. Having moved our daughter last year I know how hard it was to do everything from driving the truck to carrying the furniture up and down stairs. I talked with several moving companies and after talking with Andrew at Manifest I found him to be honest and upfront about the potential move. We chose Manifest and on move day his guys were prompt first thing in the morning. Seth, Elijah, Ryan, and Nate were all friendly professional and very helpful. Before we knew it they had everything out and loaded into the truck and we’re on their way to the new place. By the time I got to the new place they had half the truck unloaded and up the two flights of stairs into the new place. They were done with the entire move in 2.5 hours. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. If there’s another move in the future they will be my first and only call. AAA+ rating on these guys.

I wanted to hire a small/local business to move my in-laws' household goods from Dayton, Ohio to Columbia, Maryland. Manifest Shipping gave me an fair estimate (which turned out to be accurate based on weight); their packers were efficient; and the actual movers delivered the next day - door to door! I've never seen 4 young men work so hard to get an old lady moved. They were professional yet friendly. Even though it was an hourly rate they did not mess around. They were always in motion. They even helped me pack up some of my things that I hadn't got to yet. When the truck pulled out my apartment was complete empty. At my new place they set up beds and hooked up w/d. I am so incredibly happy that we decided to hire Manifest Shipping for our move. When it was time to book movers for our move, I got estimates and spoke with 5 total moving companies. Manifest wasn’t the cheapest, but I got an honest, reassuring and eager vibe from the owner. I also liked the idea of a larger # of workers getting the job done quickly. Unfortunately, on our scheduled moving date, terrible weather was forecasted. The owner was flexible and quick to offer a great alternative solution. This resulted in us using Manifest Shipping on 2 different dates for several hours at a time. We had 7 different employees total. Every single one of them was super hardworking, kind & considerate and used awesome teamwork. We have hired moving companies twice before this and there’s a reason I didn’t hire either of them again. We have moved several times and can’t recommend a better company than these guys! This was our second move with them and we got the best price compared to others, but really where Andrew and his crew excels is their overall professionalism, behavior and flexibility. We had to sell one of our car 2 days before the move due to an issue and that resulted us getting stuck with more furniture and luggage than what we originally planned for. I was super worried that maybe all won’t fit in their truck (which was a decent size truck for a 2BR house) - Andrew did an amazing job in packing every little thing inside the truck in most compact way, disassembled almost every furniture and got all of those in the truck. We moved from Columbus OH to Charlotte NC in one day and our stuff arrived the next day morning. Seth and Drew did a great job in putting everything together. The thing that I love about manifest movers is the fact they do everything with a smile in their face and it seems they almost enjoy their work (I say that with a surprise cause I don’t understand how I would love carrying a 14” mattress from 2 floors lol) - Anyway, they are really amazing - if you are thinking of moving small or big, they really are your guys! Great job Andrew and team!

Manifest did a great job. They took immense care in packing up all the items, and did a great job at storage unit tetris when we realized the one I rented was too small for everything. They were able to fit all the large furniture and most boxes in, and were so kind throughout the entire experience.I did not look into pricing with other companies, because they came so highly recommended. I do not know if the price is comparable to other moving companies in the area, but I do know that the value of service I received was worth the amount I paid.

We had a move with. Manifest Shipping this week. From start to finish, the company was professional and courteous. Their quote was comparable to other companies we approached, but included disassembly and reassembly of furniture, and they allowed for some last minute additions. On moving day, the team kept us aware of a slight delay, and with a 5 member team, had very efficient loading. They completed the drive and unloading the next day as it was a 4 hour drive. The team of 2 unloaded, and went the extra mile to get all boxes to proper rooms, including the garage attic storage area. All staff were personable and attentive to details. It made our move so much easier. I would definitely recommend this team. They went the extra mile for us.

I hired this company to move a few items from my basement to upstairs. These were very heavy and awkward furniture items. The service I received was incredible. The amount of packing to be done.
The number of boxes and items being moved.
The amount of furniture disassembly and reassembly that needs completed.
